MOSCHATO

Moschato

ESTI Moschato justifies the grape’s reputation. As suggested by its name, it scents flowers and fruits. During the harvest period, only the grapes with the desired level of concentration and a certain degree of ripeness are picked.

By applying the method of interrupted fermentation, the sugars come entirely from the grape itself. This feature contributes to the uniqueness of this wine. It is produced in a limited number of bottles.

Light yellow color with green highlights. Impressive aromas of white rose, evening primrose, chamomile and peach that last long. On the palate, we find stone fruit, coconut, grape jam and flowers, while the aftertaste is long-lasting.
