ESTI WINES

The establishment of our winery is the result of long-lasting friendship and collaboration between two persons. Spyros Evdaimon and Ioannis Tzelepis. both enologists, met during their common studies at the Department of Wine, Vine and Beverage sciences of University of West Attica , Athens.

Friendship, love for vine & viticulture and the passion for creation are some of the values that unite these two enologists.

Their first professional vinification took place in 2009. Since then, the range of wines produced has been steadily increasing while the winery’s production focuses on Greek grape varieties.
