The management of the Malagousia grape variety in the vineyard requires special care. However, the result justifies both winegrowers and winemakers. In a special approach to the variety, the winemaking is oriented towards highlighting the many different elements of Malagouzia. The result is a combination of intense tropical fruit aromas, floral aromas and a botanical character of long duration.

Pale yellow color with green highlights on the looks. An intense nose stands out with aromas of passion fruit & mango, mint & chamomile, with a long finish. In its complex palate, the botanical character dominates while it is combined with aromas of exotic fruits as well as medium to high acidity. In addition, the volume in the mouth and the long aftertaste are two elements that characterize ESTI Malagouzia.
