‘’Rodea” was called by ancient Greeks the plant we today call the rose. By tasting it, you will realize why we named it that way! Derived 100% from the Muscat White variety, the winemaking begins with quick transport and receipt of the grape while it continues in a reducing environment with low temperatures until the end of fermentation.

Rodea white offers a palette of floral aromas that combine with smooth mouthfeel, contributing to a sense of balance and delicate delight.

Rodea (rose plant in ancient Greek) rosé is the result of co-vinification of the Muscat and Merlot varieties after careful selection of fruit and application of only necessary interventions.

Although Muscat dominates, Merlot variety contributes to complexity. Rodea rosé is characterized by floral aromas that combine with hints of red fruits, while on the palate we encounter a very interesting combination…

ESTI Moschato justifies the grape’s reputation. As suggested by its name, it scents flowers and fruits. During the harvest period, only the grapes with the desired level of concentration and a certain degree of ripeness are picked.

By applying the method of interrupted fermentation, the sugars come entirely from the grape itself. This feature contributes to the uniqueness of this wine. It is produced in a limited number of bottles.

The Moschofilero grape variety reveals its gifts in this elegant and aromatic wine. A worthy reflection of the character of the grape coming from selected vineyards of Mantineia, Arcadia.

A sense of freshness is dominant as well as aromas of rose & citrus fruits combined with crisp acidity.

By paying attention to the selection of grape and also to the winemaking process, we have managed to reflect the dynamics of the Agiorgitiko variety in this wine.

From vineyards in the semi-mountainous Corinthia, it is produced by the saignée method and gives us a “Mediterranean” rosé wine with an explosive nose, rich mouth and long-lasting aftertaste. It’s an ideal accompaniment to Mediterranean cuisine.

Typical and complex at the same time, ESTI Nemea can charm every red wine lover. Its place of origin is the charismatic vineyard of Nemea while the grape selection is made with strict criteria.

Our aim is to highlight as many aspects of the Agiorgitiko variety as possible in this “fresh” version.

The Kydonitsa variety, originated from Laconia / Peloponnese, thrives in the vineyards of Corinthia and the results are impressive. Special attention is paid to the management of the fruit during harvest and winemaking. Also, we do not bottle this wine unless we are sure that it has reached the desirable level of maturity. All the above, contribute to a particularly “delicious” wine that you will definitely not forget. It is produced in a limited number of bottles.

The management of the Malagousia grape variety in the vineyard requires special care. However, the result justifies both winegrowers and winemakers. In a special approach to the variety, the winemaking is oriented towards highlighting the many different elements of Malagouzia. The result is a combination of intense tropical fruit aromas, floral aromas and a botanical character of long duration.
